A Tetractys of Sorts
Something I am working on in my sketchbook:
a tetractys of sorts: ten colours, organised in quadrants 1) pink, 2) orange and black, 3) green, blue/grey and lilac, 4) brown, tan, blue and indigo.
Then repeated in quad format, rotated clockwise
a quadruple tetractys.

I like the color scheme.

I really love these Andy! Fresh. The white adds a resting spot.

Like the looseness of your studies very much.

They are lovely Andy – they put me in mind of those wonderful (loose) Albers studies on paper.

Thanks Terry, I find that a very interesting connection you are making and I am linking it in my thoughts to a similar comment I received today from an artist whose work I very much admire who was suggesting that the marker pen studies have interesting possibilities (which I may have overlooked).
