Chromiplication

One of the operations that takes place in the process of making this pattern is at least akin to multiplication.

Chromiplication: opposing quadrants 1, July 2012, Acrylic on Canvas, 10″x10″

Starting with four colours, I overlap them in four ways generating new ones, 16 different colours in all.
